E.U. to Clear Hinkley Point Nuclear Project in U.K.

"Our discussions with the U.K. authorities led to an agreement," explained Antoine Colombani, a spokesman for E.C. Competition Commissioner Joaquín Almunia, speaking to The Telegraph.
