China's Natural Gas Output Up 15% in April 2017

BEIJING--May 22, 2017--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--In April 2017, China's natural gas output totaled 12.2 billion cubic meters, an increase of 15% from April 2016, while crude oil output totaled 15.99 million metric tons, a drop of 3.7%, according to a report from China's National Bureau of Statistics, announced on May 18. The output of coal bed methane totaled 640 million cubic meters, an increase of 7.1% from the same month last year, while that of liquefied natural gas (LNG) totaled 746,000 metric tons, up 29.3%.
