SUGAR LAND--February 27, 2014--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--The concrete walls of a 1 million-square-foot distribution warehouse that is being built by Amazon.com (NASDAQ:AMXN) (Seattle, Washington) are rising along the Broening Highway in Baltimore. Amazon is constructing a $200 million distribution center. The project is one of many in the area that have made Baltimore one of the top metropolitan areas in the Mid-Atlantic region for industrial project activity.
