SUGAR LAND--August 21, 2013--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Dakota Spirit AgEnergy LLC (Bismarck, North Dakota), a subsidiary of wholesale electric service provider Great River Energy (Maple Grove, Minnesota), will begin construction on an estimated $155 million biofuel plant in Spiritwood, North Dakota.
