Scotland's Largest CHP Project gets Go-Ahead

GALWAY, IRELAND--June 14, 2013 --Written by Martin Lynch, European News Editor for Industrial Info (Galway, Ireland) - Planning permission has been granted by the Scottish government for the largest combined heat and power (CHP) project in the region.

The green light has been given to Forth Energy, a joint venture between Scottish and Southern Energy (PINK:SSEZY) (SSE) (Perth, Scotland) and Forth Ports Limited, to build the proposed Grangemouth CHP, at the Port of Grangemouth.
