<b>Cenovus</b> hopes to restart its 160,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) refinery in Toledo, Ohio, after it was shut down on September 20, 2022 following a fire on a crude unit. Plant boilers are now operational as progress is being made to restart the plant.
