Ameren Reduces Dividend and Cuts Expenditures by $800 Million

SUGAR LAND--February 19, 2009--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Ameren Corporation (NYSE:AEE) (St. Louis, Missouri) has announced a fourth-quarter net income of $57 million, down 47% compared with $108 million year over year.
