Construction Under Way for New Distribution Center for Quad/Graphics in Wisconsin

Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Construction has begun for a $25 million warehouse and distribution center to be built in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, for commercial printing company Quad/Graphics Incorporated (Sussex, Wisconsin).

Site preparation began at the beginning of June for the 388,000-square-foot building to be constructed on 22 acres. Construction is expected to be completed by the end of the year. Operations are expected to begin in March 2009 with 52 employees hired initially.

First Industrial Realty Trust Incorporated (NYSE:FR) (Chicago, Illinois) is building the new center and will lease the facility to Quad/Graphics. Riley Construction Company Incorporated (Milwaukee, Wisconsin) was selected to provide general construction services for the new center. Once completed, the facility will replace the 240,000-square-foot building currently leased by the company in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
