Philips 66 is performing three to four weeks of planned maintenance on the 85,000-barrel-per-day (BBL/d) Crude 2 Unit (CTU 2) at its 215,000-BBL/d refinery in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The restart is expected by October 5.

Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), on September 18, began a 30-day planned turnaround of the 380,000-BBL/d Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) 1 at its 760,000-BBL/d Jamnagar Refinery Special Economic Zone in India. Expectations are to complete repairs and restart the unit by October 17. Separately, RIL began a 34-day planned turnaround of the 165,000-BBL/d DHDS 2 on September 14, with the restart expected on October 17.
Gazprom Neft PAO is performing a planned maintenance shutdown of the 14,000-BBL/d Aromatics Complex at its 400,000-BBL/d Omsk Refinery in Russia. The maintenance works are expected to be completed by the end of September. Meanwhile, planned maintenance on the 24,000-BBL/d Visbreaker and 15,300-BBL/d Delayed Coker (21/10-3M) units began September 12, with the restart expected by the end of the month.
YPF SA has not yet completed the planned refinery-wide turnaround of its 28,000-BBL/d Plaza Huincul Refinery in Argentina. The lone crude unit, 3,000-BBL/d Reformer and other major processing units were shut down on August 15 and will be back online by September 29.
