The $5 million project is scheduled to kick-off within the next five to ten days and its expected to take about four to five months to complete the project.
Valley Proteins Incorporated is a major rendering company operating plants in seven states. The company gathers inedible waste from slaughtering operations, as well as used cooking grease from restaurants and turns the waste products into liquid fats and protein meals for use by industry and animal-feed makers.
