BEIJING--February 20, 2013--Researched by Industrial Info Resources China (Beijing, China)--Following the completion of first startup test on February 6, 2013, the first unit of China Guangdong Nuclear Power Corporation's (CGNPC) (Shenzhen, Guangdong) Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Station was connected to the grid and began operations on February 17, 2013. This means that the first nuclear power station in northeast China has started its online commissioning stage, according to an announcement from the CGNPC on February 18, 2013.
