China's Power Consumption Up 7.2% in September

BEIJING--October 24, 2017--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--In September 2017, China's overall power consumption reached 531.7 billion kilowatt-hours (kWh), a 7.2% increase from September 2016, and 0.8 percentage points higher than August 2017, according to China's National Energy Administration. From January to September 2017, China's total power consumption reached 4.69 trillion kWh, a 6.9% increase from the same period last year.
