California, Texas Lead U.S. in Number of Power Projects Affected by COVID-19

SUGAR LAND--April 21, 2020--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Industrial Info is tracking approximately 100 Power Industry projects across the U.S. that have in some way been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Among the largest projects is the addition of two reactors at Southern Company's (NYSE:SO) (Atlanta, Georgia) Vogtle nuclear power plant in Waynesboro, Georgia, where, as of the just-passed weekend, 74 workers had tested positive for the coronavirus, according to The Augusta Chronicle.
