Duke Energy Marks 2012 as a 'Milestone Year' for Modernization Projects

In yesterday's earnings conference call, Duke Chairman, President and CEO James Rogers said, "2012 will mark a milestone year in our modernization program. We expect to bring more than 2,000 megawatts online, with the completion of our remaining major projects: Cliffside, Edwardsport and Dan River."
