As a part of the country's 2030 Vision plan, United Arab Emirates (UAE) plans to invest more than $12 billion in capital chemical projects. Click here for a list of projects. Abu Dhabi Polymers Company (Borouge) is the main investor and will spend about $10 billion to build a huge petrochemical complex known as "Borouge IV," with an ethylene unit and multiple downstream units.
