According to U.K. Secretary of State for Health and Social Care Matt Hancock, the current "reasonable worst-case" planning assumption is that the flow of goods across the English Channel could be reduced to 40-60% of current levels on the first day of Brexit, with the expectation the flow would improve to 50-70% after three months and then return to current levels after 12 months.
