Ohio Study: Buckeye State Still Sees Big Bucks from Shale Gas

SUGAR LAND--November 22, 2019--Researched by Industrial Info Resources (Sugar Land, Texas)--Ohio continued to reap the rewards of shale gas development last year, according to a Cleveland State University (CSU) study. The Buckeye State, which covers parts of the Utica and Marcellus shale region, attracted about $3.82 billion in shale-related investments in the second-half of 2018, according to a study by CSU's Energy Policy Center at the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs, which was released on November 20.
