India's Paper Consumption to Escalate by 2025, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Paper consumption in India is expected to grow to 24 million tons by 2024-2025 from 15 million tons, according to the Indian Paper and Manufacturers Association. The industry is expanding to cater to demand for writing, printing, stationery, tissue, packaging and publishing paper, which generates 50 million jobs directly and indirectly in the paper industry.
