Vietnam's state mining company VINACOMIN (Vietnam National Coal and Mineral Industries Group) and other coal miners are expected to push their project kickoff dates to the end of 2020. A seven-month construction kickoff gap in the coal mining sector is expected to develop due to logistic and manpower difficulties caused by the country's government-imposed COVID-19 lockdown in the coming weeks.
