Attachment: Wuhan City

Wuhan City, the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic in Hubei Province, China, has been locked down for more than two months. The Chinese government announced initial plans to lift restrictions in Wuhan on April 8, when the city's municipal transportation, civil aviation, ports, and water transportation would gradually resume. Wuhan Iron & Steel Group, one of the largest steel makers in China, and a small number of specific enterprises, have restarted operations. Most of the other factories are still shut down, and most of capital projects await for resumption. Cement, glass and other building materials industries in Wuhan are planning to resume production in the next two weeks because the virus is under control according to government reports.
