India's Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) is set to begin commercial operations at two major projects, together worth of $867 million, at its Kochi Refinery: the MS Block project and Propylene Derivative Petrochemical Project (PDPP). Both projects are in their final stages and are expected to wrap up in the next two months.
