Qatar's North Field Sustainability Phase 2 Beset by Delays, an Industrial Info Market Brief

Qatar's offshore North Field Sustainability Phase 2 is facing delays as the company has yet to select the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractors for the project. As published in Upstream, the EPC bidders submitted the technical bids in August. The work scope includes at least four wellhead platforms and one additional jacket, nine riser platforms, one bridge-supported platform, bridges connecting riser platforms, clad subsea pipelines and subsea power cables.
