IIR Top Refining News Today: September 9th 2020

Motiva on September 6 restarted two large crude units, the 325,000-BBL/d VPS-5, 195,000-BBL/d VPS-4 and multiple other units at its 600,000-BBL/d Port Arthur, Texas, refinery, after it was shut down due to Hurricane Laura. The 80,000-BBL/d VPS-2 Crude has been heating up, and the rest of the facility should be back online today or tomorrow.
