Goldwind Begins Construction on Second Windfarm in Australia
PERTH, AUSTRALIA--November 19, 2013--Researched by Industrial Info Resources Australia (Perth, Australia)--Xinjiang Goldwind Science & Technology Company (Xinjiang, China), through Australian subsidiary Gold Wind Australia Pty Limited (Sydney, New South Wales), has begun work on the 167.5-megawatt (MW) Gullen Range Windfarm in New South Wales (NSW). It is expected to power 63,000 households in the region. The power plant is located approximately 20 kilometers (km) west of Goulburn, and is the second power project for Gold Wind in Australia.
