SPECO2 Finishes Work on Steam Turbine for First Unit of Huadian Luan Power Plant Expansion

BEIJING--January 23, 2013--Researched by Industrial Info Resources China (Beijing, China)--Shandong Electric Power Construction No.2 Company (SEPCO2) (Jinan, Shandong), a subsidiary of Power Construction Corporation of China (PowerChina) (Beijing), recently completed the steam turbine "box up"--the connection of the upper and lower parts of the steam turbine cylinder--for the first unit (Unit 3) of Huadian Luan Power Generation Company Limited's (Luan, Anhui) 1,200-megawatt (MW) expansion project at the Luan Power Plant.
